Our native integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce are now generally available, providing seamless bi-directional sync between Salestools and your CRM.

Automatic Data Sync

Once connected, data flows automatically between systems:

  • Contact Sync: New contacts in Salestools appear in your CRM
  • Enrichment Sync: Research data populates CRM fields
  • Activity Logging: Emails, calls, and meetings log automatically
  • Bi-directional: Changes in either system sync to the other

Field Mapping

Customize how Salestools data maps to your CRM fields. Our setup wizard guides you through:

  • Standard field mappings (name, email, company, etc.)
  • Custom field creation for Salestools-specific data
  • Formula fields for calculated values
  • Picklist value mappings

Getting Connected

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click "Connect" on HubSpot or Salesforce
  3. Authorize the connection
  4. Configure field mappings
  5. Enable automatic sync

Integration is available on all paid plans. Setup takes less than 15 minutes.
