AI SDR Benchmark, Warm Intros, and Live Help: What We Shipped Next

The best way to evaluate an AI sales platform is to follow the work from beginning to end. Can it find the right market, recognize a useful signal, reach a prospect across channels, understand the response, and move the conversation to a meeting—without handing every other step to another tool?

Since our September product update, we have made that full workflow easier to evaluate and easier to access. The latest releases introduce a source-backed AI SDR benchmark, a public warm-introduction request flow, and live assistance across the Salestools website. We also strengthened the technical foundations that help people discover and use those experiences reliably.

Here is what shipped.

A transparent benchmark for the AI SDR market

AI SDR comparisons often collapse into feature checklists, vendor claims, or isolated campaign metrics. We wanted a clearer question: how much of the revenue workflow does each platform document as native product capability?

The new 2026 AI SDR Market Benchmark compares Salestools, 11x, Relevance AI, Artisan, AiSDR, and Monaco across eight stages: built-in prospect data, live buying signals, native email sequences, native LinkedIn execution, autonomous reply handling, meeting booking, a workflow or sequence builder, and a native Model Context Protocol interface.

Salestools is the only platform in the review with documented native coverage across all eight stages, scoring 8/8. 11x and Relevance AI each score 7, followed by Artisan at 6.5, and AiSDR and Monaco at 6.

The score is deliberately auditable. Every vendor links to the public product material used in the review, native coverage earns one point, and partially documented or integration-led coverage earns half a point. A capability that is not publicly documented is treated as undocumented—not assumed to be unavailable.

This is a review of public materials captured on September 25, 2026, not a live campaign test. Salestools produced the comparison and is an interested party, so the report includes its complete rubric, sources, and limitations for readers to verify.

The model layer matters as much as the workflow

Feature coverage explains what a platform can reach. Model quality helps determine how well it can reason once it gets there.

Salestools includes Nico 2.8, MacroDeep's foundation model trained specifically for go-to-market work. In the September 2026 GTMBench results, Nico 2.8 achieved a 93.2 GTM score, ranked first among 30 models, and led five of the benchmark's eight task families.

That distinction matters. Sales work contains specialized language, incomplete evidence, multi-step decisions, and commercial tradeoffs that generic prompting alone does not resolve. A purpose-built GTM model gives Salestools a model layer designed for the work the platform actually performs—from research and targeting to messaging, qualification, and next-action decisions.

The market report now presents the platform and model evidence together: full-workflow coverage on one side, specialized GTM intelligence on the other.

Warm introductions, now available through a public request

Outbound is not the only way into a valuable conversation. Sometimes the best next step is a trusted introduction from someone already connected to the person or company you hope to meet.

The new warm-introduction request page lets anyone describe the role, company, or kind of person they want to meet. The request can then be shown to Salestools customer teams that may be able to help. Requesters can include their company, title, LinkedIn profile, and a target company domain, then continue to a dedicated tracking experience after submission.

The flow is intentionally specific without asking people to identify a private individual. It creates a clear, permission-aware route from “I need to meet someone like this” to a possible introduction through the network.

An introduction is never guaranteed. What the product provides is a structured way to ask, make the request visible to relevant teams, and keep the process moving without a private backchannel.

Live help across the website

We also added a live Salestools assistant across the website. Visitors can now open the chat from any page to ask a question while they are comparing products, exploring a capability, or deciding what to do next.

This closes a simple but important gap. A benchmark can explain the market, a product page can explain a feature, and a blog post can explain the thinking—but sometimes a visitor needs an answer that is specific to their workflow. The assistant keeps that conversation close to the context that created the question.

Stronger foundations underneath the visible releases

Not every meaningful update creates a new screen. Alongside these launches, we repaired broken legacy blog imagery, refreshed the editorial visual system, expanded locale-aware blog coverage, and resolved technical SEO issues identified through Ahrefs—including canonical, alternate-language, metadata, sitemap, and redirect consistency.

We also tightened the website's build and test path so releases are checked more consistently before deployment. Those changes are less visible than a report or a new form, but they make the experience easier to find, more dependable to navigate, and safer to keep improving.

One connected direction

These updates share one idea: the route from evidence to action should be shorter.

The benchmark gives teams a transparent way to evaluate platform coverage. GTMBench provides external evidence for the intelligence underneath Salestools. The warm-introduction flow creates another path to the right conversation. The website assistant helps people act on questions while the context is still fresh.
