As President and CEO of GSTV, McCaffrey transformed a convenience and fuel screen network into a national digital video, retail media, and programmatic platform, tripled revenue, and grew the network to more than 30,000 locations; his tenure culminated in the company’s 2025 sale to MidOcean Partners. Before GSTV, he spent 16 years at Clear Channel Outdoor and iHeartMedia, including as EVP of Strategy and Partnerships at Clear Channel.
