Leadership background
Galli began his career at Black and Decker in 1980, where, during 19 years, he rose to President of Worldwide Power Tools and Accessories and launched and developed the DeWalt brand. He later held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Newell Rubbermaid before joining Techtronic Industries (TTI) in 2006, was appointed its Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director in 2008, and served until his retirement in 2024. Chervon said that at TTI he played a central leadership role in building the Milwaukee brand while also growing the Ryobi tool and outdoor business.

Chervon said Galli will lead the company’s next stage of global growth. Galli said he and Pan are aligned in their commitment to develop breakthrough technologies and build a global growth engine.
