Liberty Systems

Liberty Systems announced a headquarters milestone on October 28, 2026. Liberty Systems, a maker of on-site nitrogen generation and compressed air systems, is moving its headquarters and production from Waukesha to a 100,000-square-foot facility in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

What changed

The announcement changes the company’s headquarters footprint from Waukesha, WI to Oconomowoc, WI. The company said the new site is three times the footprint of its current corporate office and production space and combines office space, production, a dedicated Training Center and eight loading docks under one roof. It said production capacity grows from three production bays to seven, and it expects to complete the move by the end of October 2026.

• New headquarters: 5701 Frontier Road, Oconomowoc, WI 53066
• Previous headquarters: Waukesha, WI
• Reported footprint: 100,000 square feet on a 5.48-acre site, including 23,500 square feet of office space; up to nine new jobs, with the release citing a workforce of 80
• Announcement date: October 28, 2026

Why the company chose this location

The announcement did not detail site-selection criteria for Oconomowoc. The company said the move comes as more manufacturers, food packagers and brewers look to produce industrial gas on-site rather than rely on delivered cylinders and bulk tanks, and that the new headquarters also expands its service organization.

What the move signals

A headquarters opening or relocation can signal new hiring capacity, consolidation of operating teams, investment in a regional ecosystem, or a change in how a company serves customers and partners. For GTM teams, the useful next step is to watch for role openings, regional leadership appointments, vendor consolidation, and facilities-related initiatives connected to the move.
