Schulte most recently served as EVP and President of the Safety Solutions Group at Clarience Technologies and previously as President of Safe Fleet, where the company said he helped drive growth, acquisitions, and a private equity exit. Earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Atkore International, Danaher Corporation, and Boston Consulting Group, and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
